We were recently contacted by Conor Cole the managing Director of Cole groundwork about the lack of features he was getting out of his outdated phone system.
Calls were going to the wrong people, he was getting calls out of hours and was unable to see any missed calls in the office.
We installed a new Voip telephone system using Yealink T46U, an Auto attendant to route the calls to the correct departments, a time and holiday schedule to tell the system when to go into night mode or holiday mode, along with call reporting so he can see how long people were holding for and a key feature of being able to see what calls were missed and not rang back.
Conor has opted to use the mobile app on his extension as he is mostly on site, so he can still make and receive calls as if he is at his desk in Rostrevor.
